Delivery Areas

We currently offer same-day delivery within BRS Nagar, Ludhiana (pincode 141012), and 3-day delivery to select areas across Punjab. Use the Pincode Checker to confirm delivery availability and timing for your specific location before ordering.

Delivery Charges: Ludhiana (Same-Day)

Orders up to ₹299: ₹70. Orders ₹300–₹499: ₹50. Orders ₹500–₹799: ₹30. Orders above ₹800: Free.

Delivery Charges: Punjab-Wide (3-Day)

A flat delivery charge of ₹50 applies to all orders delivered outside Ludhiana within our serviceable Punjab areas.

Delivery Timelines

Same-day orders within Ludhiana are typically delivered the same day they're placed, subject to order cut-off times and product availability. 3-day orders across Punjab are delivered within 3 business days of confirmation.

Once your order is placed, our team sources it from local vendors and prepares it for delivery. You'll be notified of any changes to your expected delivery time.

Areas Not Currently Serviced

If your pincode isn't listed as serviceable via the Pincode Checker, we're unable to deliver there yet. We're expanding coverage over time — check back, or contact us to let us know you're interested in a specific area.

Payment on Delivery

Both online payment and Cash on Delivery (COD) are accepted. Delivery charges (where applicable) are calculated and shown at checkout.

While we aim to meet our stated delivery windows, delays can occasionally occur due to weather, high order volume, or vendor availability. We'll keep you informed if your order is affected.
